Fast immer steckt dieselbe Ursache dahinter: Das Rezept aus der Schaumlanze wurde eins zu eins in den Schaumsprüher übernommen. In der Lanze mischt der Wasserstrom das Konzentrat noch einmal, im Kessel dagegen steht bereits die fertige Lösung. Rechne deshalb von der Gebrauchsverdünnung des Reinigers aus und nicht vom Lanzen-Ansatz. Und lass nach jeder Nutzung klares Wasser durch den Schaumkopf laufen, sonst trocknen Reste im Sieb ein und der Schaum fällt beim nächsten Mal dünn aus.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/blockquote\u003e\n\n\u003chr\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eDie Pumpe presst Luft durch ein feines Sieb\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eSchaum entsteht hier nicht durch Druck allein, sondern durch Scherung. Beim Durchtritt zerreißen die Maschen den Flüssigkeitsfilm in unzählige kleine Blasen.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eDie Maschenweite bestimmt, wie der Schaum aussieht. Enges Gewebe erzeugt kleine, gleichmäßige Blasen und damit eine cremige Konsistenz, die lange steht. Grobes Gewebe liefert schnell viel Volumen, das rascher in sich zusammenfällt. Heißt für dich: Dichte schlägt Menge, weil nur stehender Schaum Kontaktzeit bringt.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eOhne passende Chemie hilft die beste Düse nichts. Schaum braucht Tenside, also waschaktive Moleküle mit einem wasserliebenden und einem fettliebenden Ende. Sie legen sich in die Blasenwand und stabilisieren sie. Ein entfettender Reiniger ohne Schaumbildner bleibt deshalb auch im Schaumsprüher flüssig.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eNass oder trocken ist dabei eine Einstellungsfrage. Viel Luft im Gemisch ergibt einen trockenen, rasierschaumartigen Belag, der lange klebt und beim Abspülen mehr Wasser braucht. Weniger Luft ergibt nassen Schaum, der langsam abläuft und den gelösten Schmutz mitnimmt. Kalk bindet einen Teil der Tenside, in hartem Leitungswasser fällt der Schaum sichtbar magerer aus. Lauwarmes Wasser um dreißig Grad löst das Konzentrat besser und verbessert die Schaumqualität spürbar. Radhäuser, Einstiege, Schweller, die Insektenfront und der Bereich hinter den Rädern bekommen Schaum gezielt und in der Menge, die sie brauchen. Ein Hochdruckstrahl verteilt an diesen Stellen vor allem Wasser in die Umgebung.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIm Innenraum arbeitet Schaum trocken genug, um Polster nicht zu durchnässen. Ein Textilreiniger bleibt als Schaum auf der Faser liegen, statt in den Schaumstoff darunter zu ziehen, und lässt sich mit einer Bürste einarbeiten und wieder abnehmen. Auf Leder gilt dasselbe Prinzip mit weniger Druck.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFelgen sind der dritte Klassiker. Schaum hält sich am Felgenstern, statt sofort in die Tiefe zu laufen, und du siehst genau, welche Fläche schon benetzt ist. Für beschichtete Alufelgen reicht dafür ein neutraler Reiniger.
