Shipping Terms
Germany
Shipping from 5,90€, with delivery in 1 to 3 working days. Within Germany, orders of 89€ or more ship free with DHL. From 179€ order value, DPD shipping is free as well. Below these thresholds, a flat shipping fee of 5,90€ per order applies for DHL and DPD. UPS offers no free shipping — the flat fee of 7,90€ always applies. Sustainability matters a lot to us, which is why our DHL and DPD shipments are climate-neutral. All islands are excluded from DPD and UPS shipping because of the extra delivery logistics involved.

Shipping Terms
The following shipping terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop. For the actual shipping costs, please check the shipping cost calculation on the cart page. Please note the shipping information below. We reserve the right to adjust the selected shipping method where needed to optimise delivery times.
Delivery time
Unless a different timeframe is stated in the product listing, your order within Germany is delivered within the delivery window shown for the chosen shipping method. If you order products with different delivery times, we ship everything in one combined shipment unless we've agreed otherwise with you. That also applies to back-ordered, oversold and sold-out products. In that case, the delivery time is set by the item in your order with the longest lead time. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery address
Please make sure you enter the right delivery address. You're responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We accept no liability for deliveries to wrong or incomplete addresses. Any costs incurred are borne by the person responsible. If your delivery address changes after you've placed your order, let us know straight away. We'll do our best to change the address before the parcel goes out.
Shipment tracking
For every shipment you'll receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. Depending on the carrier, different services are available there. Please keep an eye on the tracking and make sure your parcel can be delivered.
Acceptance & claims
When accepting the delivery, please check the shipping box and the goods carefully. If you spot visible damage to the packaging or the products, note it on the delivery slip, document the damage with photos and videos, and let us know right away. It's important that you report issues like this quickly after delivery so we can respond accordingly.

Please note that we ship a maximum of 25 kg per parcel internationally. Beyond that, orders over 30kg are split into several shipments and sent separately.
